Hello! Today is my first post as Guest Designer on the Sweet ‘n Sassy blog. For my first project with the new release stamp sets, I have something other than a card. I’ve made another mini magnetic calendar to give you a sneak peek of the new Springtime Sparrows set being released this Friday. I thought the verse would be great for a “daily reminder” hanging on the refrigerator.
Scraps of patterned paper were glued to a 4″ square chipboard coaster. The beautiful sparrows image was stamped directly onto the patterned paper and the branches were colored with Copics. The birds and flowers were stamped again onto white cardstock…then colored, cut out, and attached over the original image. A few flowers were popped up with dimensionals.
I’m looking forward to sharing more SNSS projects.

Beautiful calendar with beautiful images. I make a few calendars every year to send to my family overseas and I absolutely love yours. I have the stamp set on my wish list
