Good morning! This month Sweet ‘n Sassy has released one set for pre-order… the Exclamations Clear Stamp Set from the Creative Worship line.
I used the coffee cup (or hot cocoa would be my choice!) image to make a quick CAS card.
I colored with Copics, then added some Crystal Effects to the drink and spoon.
This layout is great for using up some patterned paper scraps! I figured I would use it again so I drew up a sketch. These are the measurements I came up with for this card and can be used as a guide, but you can make your banners any size you want.
Have fun with it and have a great weekend!

Hello friends! The current Ai Challenge is “One Layer Ladies” and we are featuring the 2 new Hobby Lobby wood blocks! Here I used the Ai/Hobby Lobby 4840- Entertained.
Since the challenge is to only have one layer to the card, I didn’t want to color with Copics and have bleed through. Instead, I colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended it with Gamsol. Then I sponged a bit of background over a stencil rather than add patterned papers. To finish it off, I added Crystal Effects to the glasses and lips props, and adhered a few rhinestones and Stickles.
Now it’s your turn to break out your favorite stamps, make a card, and join us in the “One Layer Ladies” Challenge!
stamps- Art Impressions 4840- Entertained; paper- white; ink- Stazon Black, Distress- Fossilized Amber; accessories- MFT In & Out Stitched Rounded Squares, Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol, stumps, SU! Crystal Effects, Stickles, rhinestones, Tim Holtz Nordic stencil.
Today I am sharing a card on the Sweet ‘n Sassy blog using the beautiful Mason Jar Bouquet stamp set from this month’s release.
Sometimes a clean & simple card is just as pretty as one with many layers and embellishments and I really liked how the colors and design of this one turned out. I inked just the center of the Floral Pattern Background stamp with a small Memento dew drop pad and left the edges un-inked. The flower was cut out and popped up with foam dimensionals. Some Stickles in the flower center and a few sequins finished it off.
Have a great day!

Today I am sharing a card on the Sweet ‘n Sassy blog using the Fly High stamp set from this month’s release.
I decided to make a tall card with the balloons flying up and then I thought I’d add the elephant hanging off the bottom. The balloons were paper pieced and I added Crystal Effects to make them shiny.
This card measures 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 (start with 7 x 6 1/4) and fits into a regular No. 8 envelope. Most of us have those lying around to pay an occasional bill so why not use them to make a different size card?
Have a great day!
stamps- Sweet ‘n Sassy Fly High; paper- white, DCWV- the Spring Matstack; ink- Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Black; accessories- Copics, Crystal Effects.
Good morning! Today I have a card that was “just for fun” using Altenew’s Painted Flowers set that I picked up at The Craft Shack. I’ve loved this set since it was first released. It is so pretty with it’s painted look! The sentiment is an older wood block from Penny Black.
Each flower was stamped in 2 colors plus the black outline (3 layers) so making a set of 4 cards took a bit of time but was well worth it. The Misti tool makes it so easy!
Have a great Wednesday!
stamps- Altenew- Painted Flowers set; paper- white, The Paper Studio- Harper’s Boutique; ink- Versafine Black, SU! Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Certainly Celery, Pear Pizzazz; accessories- baker’s twine, white Nuvo drops, Misti tool.
Just popping in to share a card I recently made for an anniversary. The pretty flowers from the Sweet ‘n Sassy Floral Greetings set are perfect for the occasion!
I stamped one of the flowers a few times for the background and kept it black & white. Then I stamped, colored, and cut out a single flower from the cluster and popped it up with dimensionals. The center of the flower has some clear Wink of Stella and I added a few tiny drops of Pale Gold Nuvo Drops around it.
Have a great day!

Hello friends and happy Thursday!
Today I am on the Art Impressions blog with a card using the Ai Hobby Lobby Set- AiCS32 Hot Java Mama. If you don’t have a Hobby Lobby near you, it is also available on the Ai website!
I am not a coffee drinker but I do like to make coffee themed cards. I just love that “fill ‘er up” sentiment and it fit perfectly on my cardstock tab! I stamped her onto a wonky panel because a lot of us feel a bit like that in the morning, right? I paper pieced her a heart patterned nightgown and gave her a blue robe (haven’t we all had a blue robe at some point in life?).
Grab some caffeine, wake up, enjoy your day, and… happy stamping!

Good morning! Just sharing a quick, CAS card as a little reminder to shine today! I used the Sweet ‘n Sassy Worthy King Clear Stamp Set from the Creative Worship line.
Can you spot the jewel image? With just a few added lines, I turned it into a pencil! ha!
Have a great day and enjoy the remainder of the weekend! Thanks for popping in and… happy stamping!

Hello friends and happy Thursday!
Today I am on the Art Impressions blog with another card using the new Ai Easter set, 4886-Easter Blessings. I love the sweet images in this set and this time I chose the cute bunny relaxing in the flower for my card today. I wanted this to be a general “hello” card rather than an Easter one so I used the sentiment from 4759- Hello Friend MTF.
I decided to go with another CAS card with some vertical panels, using up a few patterned paper scraps. It feels good to make use of them!
Have a great day and… happy stamping!
stamps- Art Impressions 4886-Easter Blessings and 4759- Hello Friend MTF; paper- white, black, Pebbles- Garden Party; ink- Memento Tuxedo Black; accessories- Copics, button, crochet thread.
Today I am sharing a CAS card on the Sweet ‘n Sassy blog using the new Pretty Potted Florals and Floral Greetings (for my sentiment) stamp sets from this month’s release.
I kept this clean and simple and used up some scraps of paper. I pulled the colors from the paper to color with Copics. The flower petals and pot were stamped again, colored, and popped with foam dimensionals.
Have a great Friday! Thanks for popping in and… happy stamping!
stamps- Sweet ‘n Sassy Pretty Potted Florals and Floral Greetings; paper- white, black, KaiserCraft- Utopia; ink- Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Black; accessories- Copics, foam dimensionals, enamel dots.
