Itty Bitty Blossoms

Happy Mother’s Day, friends!

Today I am sharing a couple cards using some new Sweet ‘n Sassy stamp sets from the May Release. I used Itty Bitty Blossoms and the May Stamp of the Month, Scripty Thoughts (free with your $75 order). But before I get to the cards, be sure to check out the Mother’s Day sale!

For my first card, I stamped the blossoms onto a kraft colored cardstock with black ink and spotlighted a few by coloring them with colored pencils. I also spotlighted the word “love” with a punched circle. The word “live” is actually the word “love” in which I didn’t ink the “o”, then I stamped the “I” in it’s place.

My second card is a bit “out of the box”. I used one of the leaves in the set to create heart-shaped flowers for my Bleeding Heart image. The background was sponged with a stencil.

The last card I am sharing today has a die cut background. The flowers and leaves were all stamped onto colored cardstock scraps and fussy cut. A simple “thanks” is all that is needed to finish it off!

I love the versatility of these two sets and they pair together so nicely.

Have a great Mother’s day!
