Let the shenanigans begin!

Hello friends and happy Monday!

Today I am on the Art Impressions blog with a card using one of the Ai Store Exclusive sets. Here I used the SC0795- Road Trip set which can be found at Michael’s stores or in the Ai store online. When I first saw the 5006- Sham-rock Set, I not only loved the St. Patrick’s images but I knew I could get double duty with the set by pairing this awesome sentiment with the Girlfriends sets! Who doesn’t love a road trip with your besties? Let the shenanigans begin!

I thought this new “Impossible Card” style would be perfect for these four Girlfriends piled in a convertible to pop them upright! How fun! I previously made an A2 size card in this style but wanted the pop-up panel to be slightly larger here to fit the image so this card is 6×6.

For my “inside” sentiment which I placed behind the pop-up, I used another Michael’s exclusive set, SC0678- Got Style. I also added a punched heart and the streetlight fit nicely on the right.

I made 2 versions of this by switching the two patterned papers. I don’t know which I like better. These are definitely some of my fave cards I made…hope you enjoy them too!

  1. I have been trying to post a comment on the Ai blog today . But can’t as there is just a big blank square. If I go in on someone elses comment as a reply I can comment but where it wants to know what I am posting as the drop down box is blank.
Any way I think it is such a cute card and fits my clubs and friends to a T
I have never heard of the Impossible style and I make a lot of different kinds of cards. Is there a die for it or instructions to make it somewhere?
