Hello! Today I’m just popping in with two cards that I recently made. I am usually stamping for design teams, which is very enjoyable, but it is nice to have a chance to stamp just for fun! I was able to pull out some SU! sets this time.
I needed these rather quickly, though, so it was nice to look for inspiration for a starting point. I saw a couple cards that inspired me with these. Laura Allen posted some cards with the Watts of Occasions stamp set and this fun Darice Lightbulbs embossing folder that matches perfectly! Here’s my version with a different layout…I just had to get the embossing folder!
My second card was inspired by one done by Joyce Whitman using the Waterfront set. I loved her placement and colors of the images on a tall panel. I changed it up a bit with a banner die cut, different patterned paper (Etcetera pack), etc. I used some old Confetti Cream cardstock for a change from the usual white and finished with some Nuvo drops.
