crafting with Glue Arts

This week the Scor-Pal Team is crafting with Glue Arts products and today I’m sharing my project with you.  Yes, I know we are way past spring and blooming trees, but I couldn’t help but use some of these fun Jillibean Soup papers again!

I used the Glue Arts U Cut It 3D adhesive foam to diecut the top of the tree and the cloud.  I literally said “Wow!” when the foam popped right out!  It is so cool how easily the dies cut so cleanly through the foam…fun!

The foam has adhesive on both sides so it’s super easy to cover one side with glitter, etc.  I decided to use some of my long-neglected Flower Soft on the diecuts.  I used Spring on the treetop and Polar White to make a fluffy white cloud.  I also used one of the Raisen’s adhesive squares to attach the sentiment so it pops slightly off the cardfront.

Below you can see how I used my Scor-Pal to create 1″ grid lines on the white layer.  These made it super easy to place the patterned papers (7/8″ squares) just where I wanted them.  It also gives the card a little more texture.

You know I love my Scor-Pal and the Glue Arts products get 2 thumbs up.  U Cut It foam = fun stuff!
