a Sugarplum Party

Today at All That Scraps we are starting the previews for the new February stamps.  And this is one of the images from Christine’s Sugarplum Party set. 

I can’t believe how January is flying by!  It seems like Christmas was just yesterday.  (Actually…it is lasting a bit longer for me since I have been so busy that I haven’t even opened my present yet…a Cricut!  LOL!) 

I kept this card pretty simple with some sparkly brads to spruce it up.  I also added some Crystal Effects to the balloon which the camera didn’t pick up well.  I really need to use that CE more…it adds so much.
