Today I get to introduce you to Tilly….the real Tilly.  ;0)

I occasionally get to meet up with lots of my stamping buddies for a whole day of stamping fun.  And one of our stamping friends is Michele, who goes by Tillyhead on Splitcoast.  Michele tells us that when she was a young girl she had a calf named Tilly.  And after I did my first stamp set, Annabelle, some of the ladies said I needed to make a Tilly.  So here you go, Michele….I hope you like her!  :0)

The ATS DT is hard at work again gearing up for another fun release!  Tilly and 4 other super fun sets will be available Monday night, May 4th at 10 pm over at All That Scraps.  And there will be a pre-release chat if you want to stop by and say hi!

Hello all!

It’s a beautiful day here today and I hope to get outside a little but first I wanted to share a little project I made.

This box holds a few Ghirardelli chocolates and I made it for my shoebox project at the WNY SCS gathering this past weekend.  I was able to spend the whole weekend with friends this time and we had SO much fun!  I have more pics of projects to share but some are still on my camera.  I can’t believe I haven’t had a chance to unpack yet!  crazy!

I used Beate’s pattern for the basic box but once again I added a backdrop so I could add an extra image to it.  The heart on the front is mounted with a pop dot and holds the lid closed.  All images are from my Ladybug Friends set.

These 2 images are perfect for giving your sweet cookies to a friend, relative, neighbor, etc.  I think they would even be perfect at Christmas time…just thinking ahead…LOL.

Here’s a 6×6 recipe page I made for an upcoming swap.  I hope the recipients don’t mind that I did an Easter recipe when Easter is over!  But if their house is like mine, there’s still plenty of candy left.  ;0)  And these eggs are so yummy that I’m sure you could shape them any way you want and make them for the next holiday.  LOL.

This is pretty self-explanatory and I am short on time, so I’ll be brief.  The chick is from my Cupcake Occasions set and the yellow background paper came in 12×12 sheets already embossed (got mine at Michael’s).  I’m not sure why the yellow is so bright…I tried to adjust it but this was the best I could do.  ugh.

It’s tough being a doggie…..

Wow…a week flew by since I last posted!  I’ve been stamping & crafting but just haven’t had a chance to post anything.

Most of what I’ve been working on is for an upcoming gathering, so I’ll have to wait a bit and share some of those projects later.  In the meantime, here’s a simple journal that I made a few weeks ago.  I included it in the raffle basket of cards that I was working on. 

This Sarah Kay image is just precious!  I thought it would be perfect for the journal since I wouldn’t know what the recipient would use it for.  It could be a garden journal or it would be suitable for any other type, really. 

I cut a strip of the designer paper and inserted it in the pen to match.  And I had to pull out my favorite cell phone bling to add some sparkly accents!

I hope you are having a wonderful day.  It is gorgeous here so I think I’ll take Riley for a walk.  (I promise I haven’t forgotten that some of you asked for more pics of her.  I just need to find time to edit and upload!)

It’s Review Preview Friday again at ATS and today we are reviewing my Ladybug Friends set!

I had completely forgotten that I purchased this sheet of Imaginisce paper until the previews started last week and many of the DT gals used the same paper!  LOL.  I have enjoyed their cards…this paper goes perfectly with the set.  So I just had to pull that sheet out and use it too!  I love this paper and wish I had purchased more.

Just a super quickie post….sorry I’m late with it!  Tonight ATS releases the new April stamp sets and here’s a few more samples for ya!

First I used the ladybug & snail image, along with one of the sentiments from my Ladybug Friends set:

I had a 50% off coupon and just had to use it on something….kwim?  ;0)   I thought this box die was too cute!  I think it would be nice with rice or birdseed for wedding favors.  Or it could hold some of the Easter colored chocolate covered sunflower seeds!  But here I used the little cupcake image from Christine’s Gingersnaps Celebrate! set.  I’ll have to fill it with M&M’s or something else small.
