This Sarah Kay image is so sweet! My first thought was to give the little girl some red shoes….so the card evolved from there. I colored her dress blue and yellow so the shoes would still be eye-catching. Every girl (young & old) needs a pair of red shoes! (hmmm….I may need to look for some) 
Two new Cuttlebug embossing folders were used here. The Frills border was used on the bottom of the card and Leafy Branch on the red layer. And I used the Sizzix Picket Fence die on the background as well. The words “You make my heart happy” are from the C.C. Designs sentiment set. I thought it was perfect for this image!
