Yea…I finally got some Christmas cards done! I made 10 of this design and I already have another different design started. This card was inspired by one that Trudee had published in the Holiday Cards issue of Paper Crafts magazine. I loved the main image she stamped with the snowflake, swirls and words! Her card was the perfect inspiration I needed when I was packing some supplies to stamp away from home. It is always hard for me to pack unless I can visualize a project or two in my mind.

stamps- The Snowflake Spot, Priceless, Snow jumbo wheel
paper- Soft Sky, Wasabi, Red, White
ink- Bayou, Soft Sky, Wasabi
accessories- Word Window punch, brad, Stickles

It has been a crazy week and the weekend will be busy as well. But I am going to…..ok, don’t faint…….actually start my Christmas cards! I am setting a personal goal for myself to get at least 10 cards done each week. (crossing fingers that I stick to it!)
This is a card I made about 2 weeks ago and I used a sketch for inspiration. Now when I went to upload it, I forgot where I found it. So I did a quick search and I’m pretty sure it was Beate’s sketch shown here. I made about 3 or 4 of these and they are already all sent out. I guess I need to set a goal to get ahead on ALL holidays and occasions. LOL.
Part of the Horizontal Slot punch was used along the folded edge to punch a tiny slit in the side to run the ribbon through and the corner rounder was used on the Cocoa with the guard removed to make the scallops.

stamps- Big Bold Birthday
paper- Pretty in Pink, Cocoa, Banana, White, Tickles dp (R)
ink- Pretty in Pink, Rose Romance (R), Cocoa, Choc. Chip, Saffron
accessories- gel pen, Stickles, ribbon, Horizontal Slot punch, corner rounder
